Somewhat hidden between the trees, you discover our camp field. A spacious field for groups up to 30 persons.
It may be rented individually, or as a nice supplement for groups who like to sleep partly indoors / partly outdoors.
Sanitary room for campers as well as covered dining table are closeby.
Also camping just for the weekend is perfectly possible: if you rent our outdoor kitchen, all you have to bring is matrass and tent.

Practical info
A camp field of 40 m², to arrange according to your own wish.
The sanitary block with 3 toilets and 2 showers are at 150m. Attachted to it, there is a large covered picknick table, where you can eat, discusse, sing, ...
The Hikers cabin is closeby, and is really handy if you need extra capacity.
Camping at Moerkensheide means preparing your own meals.
To make things a little easier, you could rent the outdoor kitchen. At the flank of the pioneer-wood shed, you fold the doors open, and there you have a real kitchen. Storage room, sink, cooking plates, and possibility to install a fridge. Camping has never been this easy!
Also for groups organising a play for the day, for transitions, or for picknicks, it is possible to hire the unique outdoor kitchen.
The baker delivers on the property every day of the week. Only order the previous day no later than 4pm, and the delivery arrives in the morning. The bill will be added to your final invoice.
A drink supply is present on the domain. No need to order in advance. You order per crate, but only consumed drinks will be charged.
In the sanitary room, there is an old fridge at your disposal (in between the 2 showers), so no need to bring one of your own, you can still keep your food refridgerated. No extra charge for that!

Including normal quantity of water consumption, as well as use of sanitary room.

Permanence
At Moerkensheide, there is no in-house resident. In certain periods, permance is secured by volunteer workers. They are then staying in the appartment in the main building. You can reach them through an inside telephone line at reception. If no permanence available, the phone will be transfered to the cell phone of the responsable of Moerkensheide.
Privacy of the neighbours
Behind the Logg cabin, there are private houses. The fence defines our territory. The The ditch between our property and the gardens of the neighboursis restricted area!
Play and sports fields
Free access to the playfield, but make sure to leave nothing behind. Certainly do not dig any holes there! The sports grounds, 3 footballfields and the athletics track, are not free to be used, and are fenced. Those may only by hired through the Sports Department of the community De Pinte
Free accessibla are the play field next to the recycling yard, the petanque fields, the omnisportfield, the skatefield, the Finnish track, and the mountain behind the recycling yard.
Electricity
Electricity is available at the sanitary room, not on the camp fields. The outlet is only working when the lights are switched on. It is not allowed to use an extension cable up to the camp field.
